The Michigan Association Of Realtors recently passed the Agent Responsibility Act. This Act now allows Real Estate Brokers to unbundle their Full Service Plan and offer Limited Service to Home Sellers. Home Sellers can now decide what services they want to receive and what services they want to waive. Limited Service would allow For Sale By Owners to put a Listing of their home into the Realors Multiple Listing Service as a stand alone service.
These dramatice changes have been opposed by many full service Real Estate Companies
