1. Do you find it bothersome that most real estate agents do not support you in your attempts to sell your home By Owner, and will tell you why you are likely to fail unless you sign up with them for full service?
2. Do you find it offensive that most real estate agents will tell you that selling a home By Owner is complicated and risky and that you are wasting your time?
3. Are you willing to cooperate with the Real Estate Agents in the area in helping you find a Buyer for your home ? In other words ... are you willing to offer some kind of a reduced commission of say 2% or even 3 % for a direct Buyer without any marketing or without any other services or commitments involved?

5. Do you object to the fact that if you are a Home Seller and you own a home that is worth twice as much as another Home Seller, that you have to pay twice as much to get into the Realtor Multiple Listing Service when you hire a traditional commisssion based Real Estate Company ?
6. Would you value the flexibility of being able to sell your home By Owner and not have to pay a selling commission to a Realtor, while at the same time having your home listed in the Realtor Multiple Listing Service for a low flat fee?
7. When selling a home in the past have you ever wanted to or have been capable of doing some of the work performed by the real estate agents in order to save some money, but were prevented from doing so because that was not part of their plan?
