A Home Seller will have a choice of only the most effective core Realtor services if and when the services are needed.
Fairness principle # 2.
A Home Seller will only pay for the services they choose and use.
Fairness principle # 3.
All Home Sellers will pay the same price for the same marketing service regardless of the value of their home.
Fairness principle # 4.
A successful Home Seller will not pick up the marketing tab for a lot of unsuccessful Home Sellers.
Fairness principle # 5.
A Home Seller will have the flexibility to sell their home By Owner and find a Buyer and not have to pay a selling commission, while at the same time having their home listed in the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (for a low flat fee) and agreeing to pay a selling commission (2%-3%) to a Real Estate Company who secures a Buyer for them.
